NARRATIVE SKILLS
Three-year olds can begin to tell simple stories, often about themselves or their experiences, and understand basic instructions with multiple steps.
EMOTIONAL REGULATION
While they are still learning to manage emotions, three-year-olds begin to show better control over their feelings and may start to verbalize their emotions.
IMAGINATIVE PLAY
This age marks a surge in imaginative play. They enjoy role-playing, pretending to be different characters, or mimicking adults’ actions..
